How confident are you about asking questions in class?

When I was at school, I was one of those kids who always felt nervous about asking questions in class in case it made me look stupid in front of my classmates, and I didn’t want them to make fun of me.

I’m often surprised at how many adults still feel that way when they attend training courses. So you need your trainer to be approachable, and to make you feel relaxed and confident that there is no such thing as a stupid question.

Our most recent customer feedback showed that over 97% of PPA customers found their trainer to be either “Very responsive” or “Extremely responsive” to questions or concerns raised during their course. (The remaining 2.5% said the question didn’t apply to them!).
